Our maintenance plans aren’t just about keeping the lights on, they’re about building a long-term relationship where we proactively support your growth, safeguard accessibility, and make sure your systems continue working seamlessly together.

All Monthly or Yearly Contracts come with:

  • Additional Billing at Reduced Hourly Rate per hour ($180 non-contract rate per hour)​
  • Single Point of Contact and Customer Service​
  • Security and Uptime Monitoring​

Each maintenance plan includes the services listed below. These services cover essential updates, such as plugin and platform software updates, as well as site changes that fit within the allotted time. Any additional time or services beyond the plan’s allotted amount will be billed at the plan’s discounted hourly rate (non-contract rate is $180 per hour), in 15-minute increments.

Please note that this plan does not include website design services. However, we’re happy to discuss a separate contract for design needs. Unused time does not carry over from month to month, but the allotted time is generally sufficient to keep your site updated and running efficiently.
